frog's chasm of Tomfoolery

I have been studying the Napoleonic Wars for around three years, and over time it has become one of my strongest historical interests. Most of my focus has been on military strategy, battlefield tactics, and the visual culture of the armies, especially their uniforms. One of my favorite battles is the Battle of Austerlitz, because it showed Napoleon’s ability to use deception, timing, terrain, and pressure to defeat his enemies. It remains one of his greatest strategic triumphs. One of my favorite uniforms from this period is the uniform of the Grenadiers of the Old Guard, especially their iconic bearskins. Their appearance was imposing, showing discipline, and loyalty.

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always been fascinated by dinosaurs and anything connected to the Mesozoic Era. I’ve always found the idea of ancient life before humans existed extremely fascinating, especially the strange and unique creatures that once ruled the Earth. One of my favorite dinosaurs is Spinosaurus aegyptiacus. Ever since I was a kid and learned about it while watching old dinosaur TV shows like Dinosaur Planet and JP3, I’ve always thought spinosaurs were especially interesting because of how unusual and cool they looked compared to many other dinosaurs. And I do hope to become a paleontologist when I am older.

My favorite NBA team is the Boston Celtics. I mostly enjoy watching older NBA highlights from the 1980s and 1990s because I find the golden age of basketball really entertaining and iconic. My favorite player from that era is Larry Bird, especially because of his skill and competitiveness on the game (And also the fact on how tough he was lmao). For modern players, my favorite is Tatum, though Isaiah Thomas is also high on my list alongside Tatum and Bird. Overall, I just really enjoy playing basketball and watching the NBA.
